Established in 2011, Duffin’s is one of the few owner-run Estate Agents within Lancashire. Since 2011, we have built up a strong reputation and a loyal client base, who value our expert advise and insider knowledge of the Lancashire property market. As an owner run, local company, Duffin’s are not built around the traditional model of Estate Agency which means we can offer a tailor made customer service.

“Property has always been a passion of mine. Having worked for a number of property companies for the last twelve years, including King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle, I wanted to put my own stamp on the property market.
I bought Benchmark Lettings in December 2013, which consisted of a very small portfolio of 43 let and managed properties across Blackburn. It would be safe to say (two years on) that the reputation of Benchmark was average – at best.
My main objective for the company and the industry was to build a relationship with new and existing customers and for customers to be able to trust us and communicate with us.
The result of successfully doing so was phenomenal – we had tripled our portfolio within the first twelve months, we were now covering the whole of Lancashire rather than just Blackburn and we were also block managing a number of apartments in the Fylde Coast.
This success allowed us to venture into sales in late 2015. Having always worked in Estate Agents, sales was always going to be a natural progression for the company. Not only am I confident in applying my previous work experience to Sales, I have the academic experience to do so.
I spent seven years studying law at university and during my postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice, specialising in Housing and Commercial law. This has provided me with an extensive amount of knowledge - something which not many other agents have to offer. Being a local lass, born and bred in Lancashire, I also have an in depth knowledge of the Lancashire property market and I can relate to people. My personal approach helps to provide an unrivalled and individual focused service for each and every client.
As we had now become more than just a letting agent, the brand “Benchmark Lettings” became too restrictive. Wanting to add my own personal touch, I rebranded to the Business to Duffin’s Estate Agents – which I think is reflective of the service that we offer.
Duffin’s Estate Agents have quickly established itself amongst the market leaders. We offer a professional and proactive approach to our customers and we have become the agent of choice for many buyers, sellers, tenant and Landlord across Lancashire.
